冯 伟

冯伟,198111月生,湖南益阳人,教授,博士,攀枝花市高层次人才,攀枝花学院明德科研先进个人,IEEE会员、中科院3区期刊Scientific Reports编委,入选Elsevier与斯坦福大学发布的2025年度“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”,毕业于合肥工业大学电气工程专业。长期从事混沌系统、神经网络及信息安全方面的科研工作,主讲过《人工智能》、《数据结构》、《微机原理》、《软件工程》、《C语言程序设计》、《密码学》、《专业英语》等课程。已在包括ESWAJISAFractal and Fractional、电子与信息学报、Cybersecurity在内的国内外众多高水平学术期刊上发表论文40余篇,谷歌学术累计被引1991次,单篇最高被引200次,H指数25ESI高被引论文9篇,ESI热点论文6篇,中科院1区期刊论文1篇、2区期刊论文9篇。主持和参与各级科研项目30余项,累计到账科研经费120余万。长期担任包括TIFSTCSVTTMMTNNLSTCYBTIITIETMCTDSCTSCESWACSF、中国物理B在内的众多国内外高水平学术期刊的审稿人,累计审稿1600余次。
